I've created a Quiz (Articulate 09), Scorm 2004, uploaded, signed in as a student, took the quiz. When I go in as admin, to view reports, I see "Passed" but the score field is blank. I want to be able to see the students score (i.e. 80, 90 or 100). Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

Hi,

There are many different options for SCORM output.  The Accord LMS Manager Guide, available from our download page, provides suggested SCORM output configuration settings for several author ware tools including the previous version of Articulate.

An industry standard SCORM test harness is provided at http://testtrack.scorm.com/.  If your Articulate quiz does not report correctly at TestTrack, it will not report correctly on the Accord LMS.  However if you quiz does report correctly at TestTrack but not on the Accord LMS then the problem is on our end and we would appreciate being notified.

Thanks and good luck.

Chris

Update: I just noticed that my quiz is not showing up as a Quiz at least in the reporting section. Guess I need to grab the manual and start reading.

It appears that the "Quiz" is reporting the final results as part of the Attempt record, but it is not reporting Interactions for each individual question.

I do suggest you work with TestTrack until your SCO is working as expected, then try it again on the Accord LMS.

Good luck,
Chris

Thanks Chris.

I went online, registered and uploaded my 10 question quiz. It shows complete and passed. But I will be honest, I'm not sure how to read all of the results. It's a rather detailed report. To the best of my knowledge it worked but if you would like I can send you a copy of the results.

Hi,

Please send us the quiz and we'll take a look: support @ interzoic . com

The error you have encountered on the Reports page appears to be a bug. What is the name of your Quiz? Is this at demolms.interzoic.com demo portal?

Thanks,
Chris

Hello Again,

We received your SCO and have reviewed the problem you are having.

The SCO is working fine, but not sending the score, same behavior can be observed at TestTrack.

We checked the zip deployment package and have found that your content is an Articulate Presenter *presentation*, with an Articulate Quizmaker *embedded quiz*. When you do this, it is important in the publishing process, to correctly select the tracking options, because by default, only the presentation progress will be tracked and not the embedded quiz results. This explains why the quiz results are not being tracked at TestTrack or on the Accord LMS.

To make the articulate presenter reports the embedded quiz status you should:

Clink on publish (like you always do to publish your SCOs)
Select LMS from the left tabs
Select SCORM 2004, and click on reporting and tracking
Select the tracking tab on the left
Select the track using quiz results radio button

In general we recommend keeping presentations and quizzes separate - so that you can track presentation utilization and quiz utilization separately.

Let us know if you have any other problems or questions.

Thanks,
Chris

That's It!

It worked just fine once I selected the check box. I had obviously missed that toggle.

Thank you.
