Hi,
Please check the actual error on the DNN Event Log (because "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" is a meaningless generic message).

In the Manager>Catalog, as a new Learning Event of 'file' type?
Email us (to support at interzoic.com) the details along with which LMS version are you running in which DNN Core version.
