I don't understand why the Learner has the "Configuration" tab. This seems like it should be part of the Manager not the Learner.
Anyway, how do I hide the Configuration tab from our customers when they are on a page with the Leaner module?

Thanks for asking.
It is for Configuration specific regarding the Learner Module, like which Tabs or context menu options will be available, etc.
Same as many other security features, the visibility of this Configuration Tab is ruled by the active 'Manager Profile' (Manager > Configuration > Manager Profiles. 'Configuration' is a Learner module Feature which can be hidden).
If the user/customer on that page does not have the required setting in a Manager Profile, the tab will be hidden. In fact, Typically regular users do not have a Manager Profile Therefore it will be hidden.

| The configuration tab is showing for the students. I need to hide that tab. I can't find the screen where I turn off that tab for students. Any ideas? |

Hi Mike,
The Learner > Configuration tab will only present if the Learner has a role that is associated with a Manager Profile with view access to that tab.
Please check a) the roles associated with your Manager Profiles and b) the roles assigned to your users.
