Evaluation
Demo Site
A fully functional demo site is available.  You can log in as a Learner or as a Manager.  Manager has ability to upload SCORM content, organize the Learning Events and view reports.  Complete instructions are available on the Demo Site.

Trial Module Set
For clients interested in a self-hosted license, a fully functional trial version of the Accord LMS module set is freely available from our Download page. It comes with a license key that unlocks all functionality but can only be run on localhost. The trial license key is limited to 10 Learners and 10 eLearning Objects.  If a commercial license is purchased, the new key can be applied toward the trial version of the Accord LMS application – you do not need to uninstall or reinstall any modules.

Private Demonstrations
Please contact Interzoic Sales and ask for a guided tour.  Private demo sites are also available for interested clients.

Maintenance and Support

• All visitors get unlimited access to view pre-sales and marketing and FAQ forums
• All registered users get unlimited access to post in pre-sales forums
• All Accord LMS customers get unlimited access to post in support forums.

Maintenance and Support Contract

• Software upgrades and service packs
• Email and priority forum support

Subscriptions
All LMS subscriptions include ongoing an Maintenance and Support contract for the duration of their subscription.  

Perpetual Licenses
These include a 1 year Maintenance and Support contract.  Additional 12 month Maintenance and Support contract extensions can be purchased as long as the current Maintenance and Support contract for the license has not expired.  If the current Maintenance and Support contract has expired, then a new license must be purchased before a new Maintenance and Support contract can be applied.

Software Updates and Maintenance Contracts
Attention: Self Hosted Perpetual License Holders
New versions of the Accord LMS will not operate with your existing License if your Maintenance Contract has expired.  If you download and update to a new version of Accord LMS with an out of date Maintenance Contract - your LMS will not function.  You will need to roll back your website or purchase a new license to resume operation.

All Self Hosted Perpetual License holders whose Maintenance Contract has expired must contract Interzoic Support to purchase a new license BEFORE they upgrade the Accord LMS.

* The Accord LMS module set will run on localhost by default when installed.  A temporary license will be issued for any domain upon request.
